CITY OF MOUNT VERNON TO HOLD A COMMUNITY WORKSHOP ON THE US HIGHWAY 30 CORRIDOR PLAN FEBRUARY 21, 2018
The City of Mount Vernon will hold a community workshop to discuss the creation of a master plan for the new US Highway 30 corridor area. This plan is being created to help manage the growth and development that is anticipated to occur with the opening of the new US Highway 30, including the new interchange with Highway 1/First Avenue S.
Residents and area property owners are encouraged to attend the community workshop to provide their insight and vision for this planning area. The community workshop will include a presentation with an overview of the planning area as well as a series of engagement exercises.
Meeting will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on February 21, 2018, Council Chambers of the Mount Vernon City Hall.
